Repairs Coordinator / Administrator

Hyperion Partners are working with a leading Housing Association in London to recruit an experienced Repairs Coordinator / Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy repairs team, supporting the delivery of an efficient and customer-focused repairs service. This role is ideal for someone with a background in coordinating responsive repairs, scheduling works, liaising with contractors and residents, and ensuring repair requests are completed efficiently while delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Raise and manage responsive repair work orders. Schedule appointments for operatives and contractors, ensuring efficient diary management. Act as the first point of contact for residents, providing updates on repair enquiries and appointments. Liaise with internal teams, contractors and suppliers to ensure repairs are completed within agreed timescales. Maintain accurate records using housing management and repairs systems. Monitor outstanding works and proactively chase overdue repairs. Support the management of complaints and ensure residents receive timely communication. Produce reports and update performance data where required. Ensure all administration is completed accurately and in line with company procedures. About You The successful candidate will have: Previous experience within a Repairs Coordinator, Repairs Administrator, Repairs Planner or Scheduling role.
