Are you an organised and detail-oriented administrator with experience in social housing, repairs or compliance?

I''m currently working with a Housing Association in East London who are looking for an Repairs Compliance Administrator to join their team and provide essential administrative support across their property compliance function.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working in a busy environment and wants to play a part in ensuring residents'' homes remain safe and compliant.

• Maintaining and updating compliance databases, systems and trackers.

• Raising, monitoring and closing works orders.

• Scheduling appointments and coordinating with contractors.

• Chasing outstanding repairs, overdue works and compliance actions.

• Liaising with internal teams and contractors to resolve queries.

• Ensuring compliance records are accurate and up to date.

• Supporting the team with reporting, correspondence and general administration.

• Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role.

• Experience within social housing, repairs or property compliance would be highly desirable.

• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

• Confident using Microsoft Excel, Outlook and other database systems.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.

• A proactive approach to problem-solving and meeting deadlines.
