This is a full-time temporary role, working Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, 37.5 hours per week. Key Responsibilities of the Repairs Commercial Coordinator Role: Review and validate contractor payment applications and repair costs. Assess works against contractual agreements and Schedules of Rates (SOR). Carry out quality assurance checks using reports, photographs, and supporting evidence. Process cost variations and maintain accurate records across management systems. Produce performance, cost, and risk analysis reports. Liaise with contractors and internal teams to resolve queries and disputes. Support compliance with relevant legislation and service level agreements. To be considered for the Repairs Commercial Coordinator role: Experience in commercial, financial, repairs, property maintenance, or housing environments.
