We currently have an exciting opportunity available for a Repairs Co-ordinator (Voids & Planned)  to join our team based in Epping.

About the Role:

Work with stakeholders to return properties on time and within budget.

Provide regular updates on work progress, delays, and completion times.

Ensure materials are ordered and available for operatives when needed.

Liaise with customers regarding planned works and provide aftercare for reported defects.

Provide administrative support and phone cover when required.

Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.

Maintain high standards of performance, safety, risk management, and equality.

Support projects that improve services for the community, partners, and the organisation.

About You:

Knowledge of general maintenance and repairs, with the ability to plan works by trade.

Understanding of social housing and void property processes.

Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Ability to prioritise work to meet tight deadlines and reduce void turnaround time.

Professional, organised, and able to manage a busy workload.

Able to work effectively with colleagues, customers, and partners.

Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Salary & Benefits:

The salary: £28,000 per annum plus bonus.
