Repairs and Maintenance Supervisor6 Months, TemporaryStaffordshire, West Midlands37 Hours per week, Monday to FridayDuties of the Trades Supervisor role may include:Supervising a team of Multi Trade specialisms such as Plumbers, Joiners and BricklayersManaging Property subcontractors works Managing issues with damp and mould, voids and responsiveLiaising with tenants and stakeholders to ensure disputes are resolved and customer care is guaranteedCoordinating and scheduling repair works to ensure timely resolution of tenant-reported issuesConducting regular property inspections to monitor work quality and HandSTaking responsibility for budgets, materials and resources in a cost effective natureExperience desired for the Repairs Supervisor:An ability to lead and motivate a team of TradesProperty AND/OR construction knowledgeDriving licenceKnowledge of HHSRSIf you believe you are suitable for the role of Repairs and Maintenance Supervisor, please "apply now" as applications and interviews may take place at short notice.
