This role is key to ensuring projects are accurately prepared and efficiently progressed into production. You must have strong scheduler rates knowledge. Key ResponsibilitiesStrong Knowledge of scheduler ratesSupport the Pre-Construction Manager with day-to-day coordinationLiaise with Surveyors, Site Managers, and Production teamsAssist with the preparation and processing of projects ahead of productionMaintain accurate records and manage data across multiple systemsReview information for accuracy, identifying any errors or inconsistenciesSupport order processing and general administrative tasksEnsure deadlines and internal processes are consistently metSkills and ExperienceStrong Knowledge of scheduler ratesProven experience in an administrative or coordination roleBackground in construction, fire protection, or a similar sector (desirable)Familiarity with social housing or local authority projects (desirable)Strong organisational skills and attention to ..... full job details .....
