This role involves delivering reactive repairs, void repairs, cyclical and planned maintenance in both occupied and unoccupied housing and mixed tenure blocks. The successful candidate will ensure that all maintenance work meets statutory, regulatory, and policy requirements while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Deliver an effective responsive repair and maintenance service. Carry out pre-inspections and post-inspections of repairs.
