Repairs and Maintenance Manager

Repairs and Maintenance Manager required for a local authority in Berkshire for an initial period of 5 months. Purpose of the role: Organise third-party contractors to deliver responsive repairs and void works. Review work order schedules and ensure the council is receiving quality outcomes and cost-effective services. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations as well as the Council''s policies and procedures.Complete on-site safety and quality assurance checks of responsive repairs and void works. Support with contract management duties of third-party contractors to ensure performance is achieved across key variables.
