They should possess the knowledge to deliver effective and efficient property maintenance services to customers by working closely with internal stakeholders, customers, and third-party contractors to meet commercial, operational, safety and satisfaction performance. The role has no line management responsibilities, but the successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day operations, and work closely with back-office staff, surveyors, management, customers, as well as being a key liaison with third party contractors.
