Create documents and maintain an overall operational plan for the team. Lead third-party contractor meetings to ensure alignment of reported data with program information as provided to the stock investment manager. Operate as an interface between Asset Management, Neighbourhoods, and the CRC with regard to customer liaison as required. Resolve administrative queries within the team''s scope and manage overall team schedule, escalating issues to the Programme Manager when necessary. Track and monitor completion of management tasks to ensure successful delivery of the team''s operating plan. Validate and analyse data captured from surveys, liaising with Surveyors to ensure data is consistent and accurate. Support team-wide administrative efficiency and effectiveness.
