We''re looking for a curious and analytical Repairs Analyst to help shape decision-making across Peabody''s repairs service. Using Power BI, SQL and operational data, you''ll identify trends, uncover opportunities, and provide insights that improve performance, efficiency and customer outcomes.

You''ll need:

• Experience in data analysis, BI or performance reporting
• Strong Power BI and SQL skills
• The ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
