Pay Rate: -23.07 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent

Role Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced Blue CSCS Plumber to join a leading social housing contractor in Birmingham. The role will involve carrying out repairs and maintenance works across occupied properties, with a strong focus on rapid response and high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Reactive repairs and maintenance on social housing properties
Ensuring all works are completed to safety and compliance standards
Working independently while providing excellent customer service
Liaising with supervisors and office staff to update job progress
Requirements:
Valid Blue CSCS Card
Proven experience in plumbing within social housing, maintenance, or reactive works
Full UK driving licence (van and fuel card provided)
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
