      <description>Location: Brixton | Salary: &amp;pound;20.00 - &amp;pound;21.00/hour | Type: Temporary | Repairs Administrator Location: South West London  Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm Contract: Temporary (3 months initially, with the potential to be extended or become permanent)   About the Role   We are currently recruiting for an experienced Repairs Administrator to join a busy housing team on an initial three-month temporary contract. This role will have a strong focus on coordinating damp and mould cases, ensuring they are managed efficiently from initial report through to completion.  The successful candidate will work closely with residents, contractors, surveyors and internal teams to ensure damp and mould issues are investigated promptly, repairs are scheduled within agreed timescales, and residents are kept informed throughout the process. This is a fast-paced role that requires excellent organisation, strong communication skills and previous experience managing damp and mould cases within a social housing or property maintenance environment.
