You will manage a team of operatives, ensure repairs are completed safely and on time, and provide excellent customer service to residents. Key Responsibilities Supervise responsive repairs, planned maintenance and void works. Manage and support multi-trade operatives and subcontractors. Carry out pre- and post-inspections to ensure quality standards are met. Monitor performance against KPIs and SLAs. Liaise with residents, clients and internal teams to resolve repair issues. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Raise variations where required and maintain accurate job records.
