Our client is expanding its support in the social housing sector, with a focus on roofing repairs. We’re looking for a proactive Repairs Coordinator to manage cleaning requests across our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule cleaning requests.
- Liaise with tenants, contractors, and housing partners to arrange works.
- Track jobs from start to finish, ensuring timely and quality completion.
- Maintain accurate records using repair/job management systems.
- Prioritise urgent works and monitor contractor performance.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in managing cleaning contracts.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Familiarity with housing repair systems (one serve) is a plus.
