Repair Operations Manager

Our fantastic tech client on the outskirts of Cardiff are looking to recruit a Repair Operations Manager to join them on a permanent basis.We are seeking an experienced manager, ideally from a Technology Repair background, to lead a growing and diverse team and oversee the daily operations of the repair centre, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery to customers.What you''ll be doing:Team Management - Lead, motivate and manage a team of technical repair engineers and technicians in the repair centre, providing training, support and development.Operations Management - Oversee the repair process from tech intake to completion and deployment; ensuring timely and accurate repairs, implementing and monitoring workflows to optimise efficiency.Customer Service - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing enquiries, resolving complaints and maintaining strong internal and external relationships.Inventory Management - Monitor and manage inventory levels, including ordering parts, and supplies, and ensuring accurate record keeping and inventory control.Quality Control - Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure repairs meet all standards, conducting regular quality audits and inspections.Safety Compliance - Ensure the repair centre complies with all safety regs and standards; conducting regular safety training with the team.Reporting - Prepare and present regular reports on repair centre performance to highlight key metrics for the SLT.What ..... full job details .....
