We''re working with an established insurance business that is looking for a Repair Manager to join their Nottingham team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys managing complex repair matters, working closely with contractors and stakeholders, and making sure repairs are delivered efficiently, compliantly and to a high standard. This is a hands-on operational role where you''ll play a key part in overseeing the contractor network, managing governance and compliance, resolving escalated issues and helping to continuously improve the repair journey. The Role As Repair Manager, you''ll act as a key link between contractors, surveyors, claims teams and management, ensuring repairs are progressing as they should and that the required technical, compliance and customer standards are consistently met. You''ll have responsibility for overseeing more complex and higher-risk repair matters, while also taking ownership of contractor governance, audits, compliance and operational improvements.
