Rent Review / Estate Surveyor (Contract) Location: Yorkshire Rate: 400 per day Working Pattern: 37 hours per week Contract: 3 Months Initially At Spencer Clarke Group an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Rent Review / Estate Surveyor to support a public sector organisation in Yorkshire. The role will focus on estates surveying activity including rent review and valuations, alongside strong reporting and stakeholder engagement.
