Rent and Service Charge Manager £56,650 per year Hybrid - Boston, Peterborough or Milton Keynes Permanent, Full Time Do you have experience managing rent and service charge processes within housing? As a Rent and Service Charge Manager at Amplius, you ll be responsible for leading our rent and service charge activities, supporting compliance, improving processes and providing valuable insight. You ll work with teams across the organisation to ensure we deliver accurate and transparent services for customers. Salary: £56,650 per year Contract: Permanent, full time Your week: 36.25 hours - Monday to Friday 9am to 5.15pm Location: Hybrid with a weekly presence in our Boston, Peterborough or Milton Keynes office depending on business needs. Oversee annual rent and service charge review notifications, working with colleagues to provide clear and easy-to-understand information for customers. Lead the setting, monitoring and review of service charges across all tenures, ensuring charges are accurate, transparent and offer value for money. Approve service charge budgets and oversee the production of leasehold, homeownership, right to buy and variable service charge accounts within required deadlines.
