This Renewals Specialist role combines strategic sales, customer relationship management, and compliance with Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulations, offering a rewarding blend of autonomy and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Retention and Engagement: Proactively make outbound calls and emails to existing customers, nurturing relationships to encourage vehicle upgrades, lease renewals, and repeat business.
- Renewals Management: Identify and contact customers approaching the end of their finance or lease agreements, presenting tailored renewal options to meet their needs.
- Diary and Pipeline Management: Efficiently manage the inquiry and sales diary, scheduling follow-ups, virtual consultations, and showroom appointments to maximise conversion opportunities.
- Loyalty Building: Conduct proactive follow-up communications (calls, emails, and texts) to ensure customer satisfaction, address concerns, and foster long-term loyalty.
- Financial Product Sales: Promote tailored financial products, such as extended warranties, service plans, and finance packages, while ensuring compliance with FCA regulations (full training provided).
- Multitasking and Technology: Work seamlessly across CRM platforms, communication tools, and dealership software to track interactions, monitor sales progress, and generate reports (training provided).
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales, retention, and renewal targets, contributing to the dealership’s growth and reputation.
