Renewals ExecutiveLocation: TelfordSalary: £26,000 £27,000 + CommissionHours: Monday to Friday- 8.45am 5.15pmAre you confident speaking with customers, great at building relationships and comfortable having conversations around renewals?We are looking for a Renewals Executive to join a friendly and supportive team in Telford. This is a customer-focused role where you will take ownership of your customers, manage renewal conversations and help deliver an excellent experience from start to finish. You will speak with customers ahead of their renewal, understand their requirements, review the options available and provide clear, accurate information to help them make the right decision.The role: Proactively contact customers ahead of their renewal datesManage renewal enquiries by telephone and emailUnderstand customer requirements and ensure information is accurate and up to dateReview available options and provide clear information and guidanceBuild strong relationships to encourage long-term customer retentionHandle objections confidently and work towards agreed retention targetsIdentify appropriate opportunities to introduce additional products or servicesLiaise with external partners and internal teams where requiredComplete customer documentation accurately and maintain clear recordsWork towards agreed income, retention and customer service targetsEnsure customer interactions are handled professionally and in line with regulatory requirements What we are looking for: ..... full job details .....
