This role, also referred to as a Moving Operative, Removals Operative, or Removal Worker, involves supporting customers with their house and business moves by packing, loading, and transporting their belongings safely.As a House Removals Assistant / Removal Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering a professional relocation service, ensuring items are handled with care and customers receive excellent service throughout the process.Key ResponsibilitiesPacking and unpacking customers'' belongings, including fragile itemsSafe loading and unloading of furniture and goods as a Van Loader / LoaderAssisting drivers as a Driver''s Mate during transport between locationsSupporting all aspects of removals as a Removals Porter / Removals OperativeHandling furniture and personal items carefully to prevent damageFollowing correct manual handling and health and safety proceduresDelivering a high standard of customer service during relocationsRequirementsExperience as a Removals Porter, Furniture Mover, Moving Operative, Removal Worker, or Driver''s Mate is beneficial but not essentialAbility to perform physical work, including heavy liftingStrong teamwork and communication skillsReliable, punctual, and professional approachWillingness to learn packing and handling ..... full job details .....
