RELOcruitment are delighted to be working with a leading Removals and Storage company, known for delivering seamless relocation services to clients across the UK and internationally.They are now looking for a Removals Admin to join their team, providing first-class customer service and ensuring every move is handled efficiently from start to finish.This role is perfect for a highly organised, customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and a passion for delivering an excellent customer experience. Previous experience in the removals or relocation industry is preferred.Key Responsibilities:Act as the single point of contact for customers throughout their relocation journey.Understand customer needs and enhance their overall experience.Maximise sales opportunities and confidently upsell relevant products and services.Ensure all documentation is accurately processed in line with company and legal standards.Handle administrative enquiries professionally and efficiently.Maintain exceptional customer service standards, working to KPIs and ensuring targets are met.Attend team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement discussions.Problem-solve and proactively address any issues that arise.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.Support the wider team with additional duties as required.Skills and ..... full job details .....
