The role: As a Virtual Sales Bathroom Designer within our Virtual Showroom team, your role involves providing expert advice and design solutions right through to sale conversion, with both trade and retail customers. You will use virtual design tools to create bespoke bathroom designs tailored to each customer''s needs and preferences and follow up on any quotations, supporting our Showroom Managers across the country. Strong communication skills, sales negotiation and a keen eye for design are essential for success in this role. Working remotely, you will collaborate with customers to bring their bathroom renovation ideas to life and provide exceptional service throughout the sales process.Key Responsibilities: Hit and Exceed Commercial Targets: Consistently meet and exceed individual monthly revenue, gross margin, and volume KPIs through high-volume lead conversion.Manage Sales Pipeline: Track leads, follow up on open quotes, and manage prospective buyers using internal CRM software.Conduct Virtual Appointments: Lead engaging video consultations with retail and trade customers to understand their lifestyle, aesthetic preferences, and budget.Produce 3D CAD Layouts: Translate customer measurements and floor plans into accurate, functional, and visually appealing 3D bathroom designs using industry CAD software virtual worldsEnd-to-End Ownership: Act as the ..... full job details .....
