Contract Length: 9 weeks
Working Pattern: Full Time - Monday to Friday

What You''ll Do:

As our Recruitment Co-Ordinator, you will play a pivotal role in our recruitment process, ensuring that we attract and retain top talent to serve our community. Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating Recruitment Activities: Schedule interviews, manage candidate communications, and maintain a smooth recruitment process.
• Database Management: Update and maintain recruitment databases, ensuring all candidate information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide them with the support they need.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on recruitment metrics and provide insights to help improve our processes.

What We''re Looking For:

• Previous Experience: A background in recruitment or related area is highly desirable.
• Excellent Communication Skills: You''ll be interacting with candidates and stakeholders, so clear and friendly communication is key!
