      <description>Location: Swindon | Salary: &amp;pound;85000 - &amp;pound;100000/annum Hybrid - Monday to Friday | Type: Permanent | Remote - Legal Practice Officer - Legal - Swindon Council   Salary : -400 per day  Hours:  37 Hours  Working Schedule : Monday to Friday  Location : Fully Remote   Job Details   Oversee system migration support the transition to the new case management system, coordinating tasks, risks, timelines and stakeholder engagement.  Establish KPI reporting support the HoL to design and implement a simple, reliable performance-reporting framework that gives visibility of demand, workflow and delivery risks.  Strengthen practice-management capability mentor and coach the new practice-management team, building confidence, consistency and professional identity.  Set operational standards define clear processes, governance expectations and quality benchmarks for the team to adopt and embed.  Provide cover and support to practice manager offer short-term stability, decision-making support and escalation handling during a period of organisational change.  Drive delivery discipline ensure actions, milestones and outputs are tracked, monitored and completed within the 3-month window.  Budget support as and when needed.</description>
