Labeling Artwork Program Manager - Consultant (REMOTE in the United Kingdom) – 12 months contract with possibility of extension, for ClinChoice.Responsibilities

Manage the artwork development process from initiation through approval and implementation, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality labeling components.Serve as the primary point of contact between Regulatory Affairs, Marketing, Packaging, Quality, Supply Chain, and external vendors/agencies.Oversee timelines, resource planning, and progress tracking for multiple concurrent labeling projects.Coordinate the review and approval of labeling content and artwork in internal systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory, legal, and corporate standards.Support change control processes related to labeling updates, including product launches, regulatory changes, and branding initiatives.Lead or support process improvements related to artwork development, approval workflows, and digital tools.Ensure consistent and timely communication of project status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders.Qualifications

Bachelor''s degree in life sciences, business, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.5+ years of experience in labeling, regulatory affairs, packaging, or project management in the consumer health, pharmaceutical, or medical device industry.Strong knowledge of global regulatory requirements for product labeling and packaging.Proven ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams in a deadline-driven environment.Experience with electronic artwork management systems (e.g., Veeva, Adobe Illustrator) is strongly preferred.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.PMP certification or formal project management training is a plus.Job details
