This role will take ownership of them, see each one through to a fair and compliant outcome, and leave us with clear records and processes. Key responsibilities Disciplinaries Manage internal disciplinary cases from start to finish, in line with company policy and the Acas Code of Practice Carry out fair, impartial investigations, including interviewing staff and witnesses and gathering evidence Write clear investigation reports with findings and recommendations Prepare invitation letters, arrange hearings and advise or support the hearing manager Issue outcome letters and keep accurate case records Appeals Manage disciplinary and grievance appeals, making sure they are heard by someone independent of the original decision Review the original process and evidence, and carry out further investigation where needed Arrange and minute appeal meetings, and prepare final outcome letters Subject a...
