You ll become a trusted cruise expert and valued partner to the trade, helping agents unlock opportunities, grow their cruise sales and deliver exceptional experiences for their clients. Cruise Trade Sales Consultant Duties: Developing and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with travel agents. Growing cruise sales and revenue across the trade. Using GDS to secure flights. Providing exceptional product knowledge and expert cruise advice. Managing enquiries from initial conversation through to booking. Identifying opportunities to increase sales and develop existing accounts. Building relationships with key travel agency partners. Supporting and educating agents on cruise products, itineraries and promotions. Cruise Trade Sales Consultant Essential Requirements: Proven experience selling cruise B2B to travel agents within a tour operator. Strong cruise product knowledge.
