Remote Conveyancer

Role: Fully Remote Conveyancer

Salary: £40,000 to £55,000 plus bonus

I am working with a well-established conveyancing firm that operates both in the UK and internationally, offering a unique and modern approach to property transactions. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Technical Conveyancer to join their UK-based team.

This role sits within a specialist team in the UK, focusing on complex and technical matters, while a wider overseas team supports with standard sale and purchase files. You will also benefit from dedicated support with onboarding and post-completions, allowing you to focus on technical cases.

The role will involve:

• Managing a caseload of 60-80 complex conveyancing files
• Handling a range of technical property matters, including:
• BSA matters
• New build transactions
• Auction purchases
• Unregistered properties
• Right to Buy transactions
• Leasehold matters and lease extensions

The firm is ideally seeking a Licensed Conveyancer or Solicitor; however, they are open to experienced conveyancers with a strong technical background who are confident handling complex caseloads.

This position would suit someone who is highly organised, technically strong, and comfortable working in a remote environment while maintaining high standards of client care.
