      <description>Location: Oxford | Salary: 40.00-40.00 Hourly | Type: Permanent | Remote Childcare Solicitor needed Paying £40 per hr ref 479959 Full time hours on a temporary basis  Key Responsibilities  Manage a varied caseload of childcare and family law matters, including public law and private law proceedings. Advise clients on matters relating to child protection, care proceedings, adoption, fostering, special guardianship orders, and child arrangements. Prepare legal documents, witness statements, court applications, and pleadings. Represent clients at all stages of court proceedings, including Family Court hearings and tribunals where required. Provide clear, accurate, and practical legal advice to clients, colleagues, and stakeholders. Work closely with social workers, Children''s Services, Cafcass, barristers, and other professionals involved in children''s cases. Conduct legal research and keep up to date with changes in childcare legislation, case law, and government guidance. Ensure compliance with Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) standards and all relevant legal and regulatory requirements. Undertake advocacy where appropriate.
