Work 100% remotely Salary up to £50,000 + annual bonus Advise on high value multi track matters including catastrophic injury cases valued over £100k No need for business development or marketing No pressure and responsibility of running your own caseload Progression opportunities What will you do? Work within a high value claimant Catastrophic Injury and Clinical Negligence team Assist a very experienced team leader with matters including: Take initial instructions Identify and proof liability witnesses Create and draft letters of claim Attend conferences with experts, counsel and clients (alone or with the team) Prepare all matters for issue Manage all critical dates - and comply with court timetables Prepare court documents including witness statements, claim forms, schedules of loss, particulars of claim, lists of documents etc Instruct and brief counsel What will you need? To be a Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (with practicing rights, or very soon able to obtain these) To already be a Grade A or B Fee Earner 4+ years PQE Ideally to have handled Multi-Track personal injury or clinical negligence cases EL/PL experience Catastrophic injury experience is useful but NOT essential Litigation and CPR knowledge handling litigated matters Experience handling agreed costs work Benefits Include: Salary up to £50,000 Annual ..... full job details .....
