Remortgage Conveyancer , you will manage a high-volume caseload of complex remortgage transactions from instruction to completion, including:Transfers of equityShared ownership mattersDefective title issuesDeeds of postponementEstate rent chargesComplex restrictionsYou’ll handle approximately
150 new remortgage instructions per month , supported by an advanced case management system. The role involves regular contact with clients, borrowers, lenders, and third parties, ensuring transactions are completed smoothly and efficiently.You will also contribute to the team''s success by sharing technical knowledge and supporting a collaborative, positive team culture.Key RequirementsDemonstrable experience in
