We''re looking for a passionate and proactive Remediation Resident Engagement Officer to be the trusted link between residents, contractors and internal teams during fire remediation and building safety works. In this role, you''ll act as the primary point of contact for residents throughout their remediation journey, providing reassurance, managing enquiries and complaints, and ensuring people are kept informed every step of the way. Your ability to communicate clearly, demonstrate empathy and build trust will be key to delivering an excellent resident experience. Working closely with teams across Home Ownership, Housing Management, Asset Management, Legal and Fire Safety, you''ll support the delivery of remediation programmes while helping ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.
