Typical work for the Remedial Plumber / Maintenance Plumber will include Ensuring all sites are in line with ACoP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines. Maintaining hot and cold-water systems, pipework and related plumbing works. Duties – pipework modifications, TMV installs, deadlegs/removing redundant pipework, booster pumps and tanks. Undertake legionella compliance where needed – water sampling, tank monitoring/cleans, TMV servicing. Maintaining site logbooks.
