Salary: -30,000 - -40,000 per annum (DOE)

We are currently seeking an experienced Remedial Plumber to join a well-established water hygiene and building services team in London. This Remedial Plumber role focuses on carrying out plumbing works identified through Legionella risk assessments across both domestic and commercial properties. Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out remedial works identified in Legionella risk assessments
• Install, remove, and modify pipework to ensure system compliance
• Inspect, repair, and replace cold water storage tanks and fittings
• Install TMVs, non-return valves, and other control measures
• Remove dead legs and reconfigure pipework systems
• Complete detailed reports and compliance documentation
• Liaise professionally with clients, site managers, and internal teams
• Adhere to company and health & safety procedures

Essential Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Remedial Plumber
• Knowledge of domestic and commercial water systems
• Understanding of Legionella control and water hygiene principles
• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent)
• Full UK driving licence
