Role: Relocation ManagerLocation: Hybrid working, 2 days onsite, London Borough of Harrow, Forward Drive, Harrow, HA3 8NTPayrate: 32.45 per hour (Umbrella)Duration: 3-6 months ongoingThe London Borough of Harrow is seeking an experienced and proactive Relocation Manager to join its Housing Services team on a hybrid working basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a housing professional with experience in relocation, decanting, homelessness, temporary accommodation, or resident engagement to support residents through significant housing moves and regeneration projects.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the relocation process for residents affected by regeneration, refurbishment, or redevelopment programmes.Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, leaseholders, and stakeholders throughout the relocation journey.Deliver high-quality advice and support, ensuring residents understand their housing options and entitlements.Coordinate decant programmes and ensure moves are delivered efficiently and sensitively.Liaise with housing management, legal teams, contractors, and external partners to achieve successful outcomes.Maintain accurate records, monitor progress, and prepare reports for senior management.Ensure compliance with relevant housing legislation, council policies, and best practice guidelines.About You:To be successful in this role, you will have:Proven experience in housing relocation, decanting, homelessness, regeneration, or housing management.Strong ..... full job details .....
