For this appointment, strong Facilities Management experience gained within a local authority environment is particularly important. We are looking for someone who understands the complexities of managing accommodation and workplace change across a diverse public-sector estate, working with multiple Council services, operational teams and stakeholders. This is a hands-on delivery role combining Facilities Management, workplace planning, space utilisation, AutoCAD and relocation/project management.
