The Role:
Develop and deliver a rich Religious Studies curriculum that reflects a range of traditions and ethical perspectives
Teach students about a variety of faiths, their texts, rituals, values, and global influence
Create a respectful space for student-led dialogue and inquiry
Use a range of creative teaching techniques and resources to make lessons accessible and memorable
Guide ethical discussions, philosophical debates, and reflective exploration
Support students on their journey of spiritual and moral development
The Ideal Candidate:
QTS or relevant teaching experience preferred
Excellent subject knowledge across world religions and philosophical traditions
Strong communication skills and a talent for building inclusive, engaging classrooms
Passion for developing studentsandrsquo; academic and personal growth
Ability to foster empathy, curiosity, and respectful debate
