About the Role As our RE Lead Teacher, you will: Provide strategic leadership for Religious Education across the Trust Support and coach teachers to deliver excellent RE provision in line with national and local expectations Develop a rich, inclusive, and engaging RE curriculum that reflects our diverse school communities Model outstanding RE teaching and contribute to Trust-wide training and professional development Build strong partnerships with local faith and belief communities Ensure RE is delivered in a way that promotes understanding, critical thinking, and respect for all worldviews You will work across both primary and secondary phases, collaborating with subject leaders, senior leadership teams, and class teachers to drive high standards and consistency.
