Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a prestigious golf club in the beautiful coastal town of Tenby and we have a fantastic opportunity for a Relief Chef de Partie to join the team on a temporary assignment from 22nd July through to mid-September.

This is an excellent opportunity to enjoy the summer by the coast while earning great money, with live-in accommodation provided and plenty of hours available.

What''s involved?

As a Relief Chef de Partie, you''ll be supporting the kitchen team during their busy summer season, preparing fresh food to a high standard while maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen organisation.

You''ll need:

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a fresh food kitchen
• Food Hygiene Certificate
• Allergy Awareness Certificate
• Right to Work in the UK
• Two recent hospitality references
• Availability from 22nd July until mid-September
