We work closely with individuals to plan, shape, and deliver the support they need, which may include participating in activities in the wider community or within the service on either a group or one-to-one basis. Our support involves practical assistance such as teaching individuals how to manage their laundry and care for their clothing or helping them select a balanced and nutritious diet. While the work can be challenging, being part of our support team means you will make a meaningful difference in their lives. No direct experience is required for this role. What''s important is a positive attitude and a genuine interest in helping others in a practical way. Experience in supporting people in their own homes is advantageous, and while a qualification in Social Care is ideal, it is not essential.
