Our service comprises of 11 self-contained flats where we focus on providing tailored recovery support to residents with mental health support needs. We predominantly support individuals from African and Caribbean backgrounds, so the successful candidate will demonstrate an understanding and appreciation for these cultures. As a Relief Support Worker, you will play a key role in supporting tenants to maintain independence, achieve their goals and enjoy a fulfilling life.
