Our supported living services in Bradford offer personalized support to adults with learning disabilities, each with unique needs. To continue providing this care, we are looking for warm, motivated, and person-centred Relief Support Workers passionate about delivering personalized support tailored to individual care plans. Responsibilities include: Providing respectful and practical emotional support to our service usersEnhancing social opportunities and community engagementBuilding and maintaining warm, trusting relationships with service usersCollaborating with colleagues, families, and professionals to ensure coordinated and consistent services Requirements: At least twelve months of experience working with individuals with learning disabilitiesA warm and person-centred approachA relevant professional qualification is desirable but not essential As a member of Creative Support Bank Staff, you''ll have access to our free app, enabling you to pick up shifts nationwide, access service information, and get directions.
