You will support individuals in maintaining mental, physical, and emotional well-being and empower them to be happy, healthy and successful in achieving their life goals, working alongside their circle of support. Embracing all aspects of the Relief Support Worker role, you will provide support with personal care and domestic tasks, and help individuals access work, education, and social opportunities. We value the personal skills and interests you bring to the role and to the lives of the people we support at Tower Hamlets services, whether it be in sports and outdoor pursuits, creative arts, music or cooking.
