Relief Senior Care Worker

As a Relief Senior Care Worker in our care home, you will support the wellbeing of older people while helping ensure the service runs smoothly during your shift. Working on a flexible basis, you will help maintain safe and consistent care. What your day will look like Supporting residents with personal care and daily routinesActing as a key worker and contributing to care plansAdministering medication and maintaining accurate recordsMonitoring residents'' wellbeing and escalating concerns where neededSupporting colleagues and helping organise workload during the shiftMaintaining accurate care documentationWorking alongside families and health professionalsSupporting the day to day running of the service About you You will be organised, dependable and confident working in a senior role within a care environment. You will value teamwork and understand the importance of delivering consistent, person centred care. You will hold an SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care. Basic IT skills are required for completing records and mandatory training. You must be a member of the PVG Scheme and registered with the SSSC, or willing to join and register.
