Relief Residential Childcare Worker
Tucked away in the scenic village of Strathblane, Dumbrock House is a welcoming home for children and young people aged 8 to 16. It is more than just a place to stay. With its own beautiful grounds and strong links to the local community, Dumbrock is somewhere young people feel safe, supported, and ready to take on new challenges. We are recruiting Relief Support Practitioners to support children and young people within our residential Children and Family Services. This is a flexible, relief role providing cover as required to help maintain safe, stable and nurturing environments. This is a hands on, relationship based role where you will work directly with children and young people, supporting daily routines, emotional wellbeing and positive experiences within a consistent and therapeutic setting.
