Your role will include: Providing ad-hoc cover on the rotas to cover instances such as sickness, annual leave, training and vacancies.Working with service users in a recovery-focused way in line with their support and risk management plans with a person centred approach, assisting someone to make their breakfast in the morning, go swimming or to a local cafe in the afternoon - or even helping them plan their holidays.
