Your primary duties will include:Meal Preparation and Distribution: Prepare and serve nutritious meals, snacks, and beverages, ensuring all dietary needs, allergies, and preferences are met.Collaboration: Work closely with ward staff to communicate dietary requirements and ensure patient satisfaction.Safety First: Adhere to safe food handling practices in line with HACCP and infection control policies, recording food temperatures and fridge logs as required.Maintain cleanliness in patient areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, and communal spaces to hospital standards.Perform daily and deep cleaning tasks, using appropriate chemicals and equipment safely per COSHH regulations.Actively report any maintenance issues or hazards to ensure a safe environment for everyone.
