Relief Extra Care Support Worker

You will provide personalised care and support to older adults with additional needs, promoting active and independent lifestyles. Relief Support Worker Duties: Flexible working hours to include daytimes, evenings, weekends and sleep-insAssisting with day-to-day living duties such as budgeting, shopping and supporting with medication and any personal care that may be requiredYou will collaborate with service users, families, carers, and involved professionals to provide a coordinated and consistent service that maximises outcomes for service usersBe responsive to the needs of service users in line with Person Centred Plans and respond flexibly to changing needsEncourage and support service users in expressing needs, views and concerns, enabling them to make their own choices and decisions As a Creative Support Bank Staff member, you''ll have access to our SONA app, which allows you to pick up shifts anywhere in the country and provides information on services and shifts, as well as directions. You will be paid on a weekly basis via our Bank payroll. A minimum of 12 months'' experience in care is essential for all Relief roles.
